Do you take my insurance?
We are considered an "out-of-network" provider for most insurance companies. That way we can focus on the goals that are important to you, not just insurance-directed goals. We do take HSAs and FSAs. Most insurance companies do offer out-of-network reimbursement. We will provide you with all required documentation for you to submit to insurance. Sessions are $175-225. Please contact us, and we are happy to discuss the process and pelvic floor therapy pricing, we are here to work with you and want to help you!
How do I find out if my insurance pays for out-of-network PT?
Most insurances have out-of-network coverage. You may find the information on out-of-network coverage in your health insurance policy (welcome packet, online portal), or call your insurance provider. It typically mentions whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits for physical therapy, and what the coverage and reimbursement rates are. Physical therapy services are often categorized as a “Specialist” as well. If out-of-network care isn’t fully covered, some insurance plans allow you to get reimbursed after paying for the service upfront, or you may have to pay the full cost and then submit a claim to your insurance.
How many visits will I need?
Every client is unique with different goals, backgrounds, and symptoms, even with the same diagnosis. Therefore, each treatment plan will be different and customized. During your first visit, we will discuss your evaluation findings, goals, recommendations, and then set up a plan. Most clients see some improvement in a few visits.
How often do I come to therapy?
It varies based on your condition and symptoms. For more complex issues or severe symptoms, in order to reach more optimal and successful outcomes, may require more frequent visits, typically once a week, which can then taper down to less frequent visits as you improve. For less complex issues can be less frequent and spaced out every few weeks. We not only provide hands-on treatment during the session, but also empower you with knowledge and tools that you can use to accelerate your recovery and take care of yourself.
How long are the sessions?
60+ minutes. All visits are one-on-one with your therapist.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes! We would love to provide our services via Telehealth if you are not able to attend in person. This option works great in the early postpartum period.
How do I schedule an appointment?
